Our small animal acupuncture first visit provides a comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) examination to address your pet’s specific health concerns holistically. During this initial appointment, our certified veterinary acupuncturist will conduct a thorough TCM evaluation, which includes an in-depth physical examination and assessment of your pet’s medical history. This service includes:

• A complete TCM examination to identify imbalances and health issues
• Initial acupuncture treatment tailored to your pet’s specific needs (laser for needle-shy patients)
• Detailed discussion of your pet’s health history and current symptoms
• Development of a personalized treatment plan

To ensure we provide the best care for your pet, please fill out and send the history form to us one week before the visit. This allows us to prepare thoroughly and tailor our approach to meet your pet’s unique needs.

TCVM examination with herbal prescription first visit

A comprehensive Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) consultation, including a detailed history, physical examination, and tongue and pulse diagnosis to assess your pet’s overall health and underlying imbalances. Based on the TCVM diagnosis, a customised Chinese herbal prescription will be formulated and provided within 5-10 working days. Ideal for pets with chronic conditions, mobility issues, internal health imbalances, or as a complementary approach to Western treatments.
